Spa Etiquette
Spa Arrival
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled treatment time in order to change and make use of the facility. The more relaxed you are, the more you will benefit and enjoy your service.
Running late
Arriving late for your service will limit the time of you salon or spa service, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest’s scheduled appointment.
Minimum Age
The spa and all of its facilities are appropriate for guest 16 years and older.
Cancellation policy
As a courtesy to all, we ask that a 24 hour notice be given if you need to cancel or change your appointment with us. With less than 24 hours notification, guest will be charged 50% of treatment or service fee. Without any notification, the full fee will be charged.

Spa Packages
A 15% gratuity will be added to all spa packages. We are a judgment free environment.
